Yesterday eight people from IBESR came for a surprise inspection. They are a governmental organization that does all adoptions and handles all orphanages. They recently shut down 26 orphanages. We are good and abide by their rules but we aren’t registered with them yet.
It will cost $4,000 and is overwhelming paperwork. Resumes on all employees, police checks on all of us, financial information and proof of 501c3 from the states etc etc. Every child must have a relative sign the child over to us and have proper ID and death certificates if families are dead.
